Green Girl Goods ship 4x per year, to coincide with the seasons. Summer box ships in June, Fall box ships mid-September, Holiday Box ships late November, Spring box ships in March. Please note, boxes do not ship immediately upon purchase, but follow this schedule for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
Currently, we only ship boxes to the continental United States. We can not ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time. Shipping and/or delivery charges are currently included in the price of the box as part of the brand launch promo. Our boxes ship 4x per year to coincide with the seasons. Please view the previous question for more details. Boxes typically will ship via USPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.
We do not provide or give refunds. Becuase of the nature of the products in the Green Girl Goods box, we can not restock or reuse the items. Please know this before ordering. This is a subscription box service and if you chose the annual/bi annual plan, you will be charged before each box is shipped. Boxes will ship on/around the 15th of the month (Summer will end of May, Fall will ship September, Winter will ship December, Spring will ship March). Should you want to cancel your order, it must be done in writing via the contact form on our site NO LATER THAN THE 1st of THE SHIPMENT MONTH. We apologize that we can not offer exceptions to this policy.
There are different types of Green Girl Goods subscription services. You may choose a one time box , subscription to ship seasonally or create a custom box. Prices are clearly listed on the product page. Should you want to cancel your subscription, it must be done via the "contact us" form on the site, in writing, by the first day of the month of the shipment. If you want to cancel the Fall box for example, it must be done by September 1. The shipment schedule is as follows: Summer box ships Mid-June, Fall box ships mid-September, Holiday box ships in lat November, Spring box ships in March.
All products and brands included will either have ingredients listed on the packaging or will be found on the brand's website. Information on how to find the brand's official website are found on the insert in the box. If you have a specific ingredient sensitivity, it is your responsiblity to check the labels and ingredients prior to trying a new product.
In your Green Girl Goods box, there will be information on the products, why each product was chosen, what makes that product "Green Girl Good", information about highlighted ingredients, info on how to learn more about that brand and how to reorder a specific product. Many times, the brands will offer an amazing promo just for our Green Girls should you want to try other products from that brand or reorder something from the box.
Brands are carefully selected based on a variety of criteria. We look for clean ingredients, eco-friendly products, transparency of ingredients, sustainable manufacturing practices and brands that are targeted for tween/teen customers. We include a mix of big brands you may be familar with, upcoming brands, small businesses and more. You will learn what we love about the product and why each item was chosen for the box. This info is included in the inserts in your subscription box. We want to teach the next generation of consumers about reading labels, clean ingredients, what to avoid, how to recognize greenwashing tactics, how to decode lables and so much more!
